Role responsibilities
Clinical & Family Support
✓
Implement ABA treatment programs under appropriate clinical supervision.
✓
Provide authorized services directly to clients and families.
✓
Conduct 1:1 client and caregiver sessions as assigned.
✓
Maintain professional communication with parents, caregivers, and supervisors.
✓
Participate in staff meetings and required professional development.
Documentation & Accountability
✓
Collect and communicate treatment data, session notes, ABC data, task analyses, and other required documentation.
✓
Communicate with the Program Supervisor regarding progress, mastery, and new programs.
✓
Report incidents and caregiver concerns promptly according to company policy.
✓
Follow cancellation, scheduling, timesheet, and documentation procedures.
Before launch: final job descriptions should be reviewed for California employment classification, wage/hour, licensure/certification, supervision, and independent-contractor compliance.
